Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
- All orders placed on PESITRO.ae are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are packed and dispatched from our authorized warehouse.
- We use approved courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Order dispatch depends on product availability and delivery location.
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free delivery may be offered on selected products, promotions, or minimum order values.
- PESITRO reserves the right to change delivery charges without prior notice.
- Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.
- We do not deliver outside the UAE.
- Once payment is successfully completed through our payment gateway (Telr), customers will receive payment confirmation automatically.
- Payment confirmation is sent via Email (to the registered email address) and SMS (if provided at checkout).
- Payment confirmation is typically received immediately or within a few minutes after successful payment.
- In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to bank or network delays.
- Products can be returned only if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Oral hygiene products that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
- Returns are subject to inspection and approval by PESITRO.
- A return and refund will be accepted only under the following conditions: Wrong product sent, Defective product, Product damaged during shipping and Product tampered or seal broken at the time of delivery
- All return requests must include clear photos and order details.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer are not eligible for refund.
- If a product is marked as non-returnable or non-refundable, this will be clearly mentioned on the product page before purchase.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be credited within 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card issuing bank.
- PESITRO has no control over delays caused by banks or card issuers after the refund is processed.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by PESITRO.
- By placing an order, the cardholder acknowledges and agrees to the applicable return and refund terms.
- Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
- Customers are encouraged to contact PESITRO support before raising a chargeback.
- All disputes will be handled in accordance with UAE laws and card network regulations.
- Merchant will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties
- The conditions under which cancellation & replacement will be allowed
- If No Cancellation policy, this must be very clearly communicated to Cardholders before the purchase decision is made, to prevent misunderstanding and disputes.
