Warranty Policy

All oral care and dental oral care products sold on PESITRO.AE are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Coverage

• This warranty applies exclusively to defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended oral care use.
• Any applicable warranty period will be clearly mentioned on the product packaging or on the respective product page.
• The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  
  Hygiene & Safety Notice
  Due to the hygienic nature of oral and dental care products, any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with is not eligible for warranty, return, or exchange unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified at the time of delivery.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear of oral care products.
• Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or failure to follow oral care instructions.
• Damage caused by accidents, drops, or external force
  Products altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
• Used Products used beyond the recommended usage period (e.g., toothbrush replacement cycle)

Warranty Claim Process

• Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is mandatory.
• Customers may be required to provide photos, videos, or return the product for inspection.

Resolution

• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, PESITRO will, at its discretion, replace the product or provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Regulations.
• No cash refunds are provided under the warranty unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective oral care product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

Governing Law

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
